Retailer questions

What will I see in a GroceryOS demo?

Build2Exist will agree the demo with you around your priorities, such as customer shopping, store preparation or delivery. Ask us about app access for your team and shoppers; this website shows example app screens and does not provide app downloads.

Can GroceryOS use my store’s branding?

Yes. We can discuss your store name, visual identity and separate store information. Your branding, staff access and setup are reviewed before launch.

What information do you need to plan an implementation?

Start with your locations, product and price information, current systems, delivery or pickup process, and the people who will manage them. Together we identify any connections to other systems and training your team needs.

Can we discuss multiple locations?

Yes. Tell us how your locations work together and what each store needs. We’ll use that information to plan your setup and rollout.

How is pricing determined?

GroceryOS uses custom implementation and per-location pricing. Build2Exist prepares a proposal based on your stores, chosen workflows, setup and training needs. The proposal sets out what is included and who is responsible for each part.
