Sending a demo request

When you send this form, Build2Exist stores the business contact details and requirements you provide in a private database managed by the website’s existing Sites hosting service. We use them to respond, qualify your request and coordinate a demo or implementation discussion.

Access and retention

The inbox is restricted to the authorized Build2Exist owner through authenticated access. Requests are available for up to 90 days, unless deleted sooner. Expired requests are excluded from the inbox and removed during the next submission or owner inbox access. Hosting providers may retain recovery copies under their own policies.

No automatic email copy

The form does not send email notifications or copy your submission into another service. If you separately email info@build2exist.com, your message is processed by the sending and receiving email services. A preferred demo time is a request, not a confirmed appointment.

Protecting the form

We use a random request key to prevent duplicate submissions and short-lived keyed hashes to limit spam. We do not store your network address in the lead database. The random retry key may be saved in your browser tab; your form details are not saved in browser storage. Routine infrastructure request logs may be processed by the hosting provider.

Share only what is needed

Please do not include passwords, payment details, customer records, employee records, government IDs, credentials or confidential business files. Any later confidential implementation information needs an agreed secure handoff.

Contact and deletion

To ask about information you shared or request correction or deletion, contact info@build2exist.com. The authorized owner can delete requests from the private inbox.
